Halloween Oreo and Smartie Bark

Halloween is fast approaching! Need some snack ideas for your Halloween get to together? Try this Oreo and Smartie bark, guaranteed to keep them coming back for more!

What you’ll need:

• Dish or tray (I used a small but deep ceramic dish)
• 200g white chocolate
• Oreo’s
• Orange Smarties
• Clingfilm

Let’s get started!

1. Our first step is to cut up the Oreos into bitesize pieces.

2. Put some clingfilm into your dish or tray. This will make it so much easier to get the chocolate bark out after it has chilled.

3. Scatter half of the crushed Oreos into your dish and set aside whilst we work with the chocolate.

4. Melt your chocolate down until it was smooth. I melted mine using the microwave on full power, using bursts of 10-15 seconds..

5. Leave the chocolate to cool down a tad and then pour all of it on top of the Oreos in your dish.

6. Now you can decorate the top however you like! I used the leftover Oreo chunks and orange Smarties. I just wish I could’ve got a hold of some jelly spiders! Chill this in the fridge for a couple of hours.

7. Take the chocolate out of the dish and peel off the clingfilm. Cut up the bark into bitesize pieces and serve! I left mine on the board and it was soon gone!
