This is an all-round recipe for the whole family! An easy alternative to your typical batch baked cookies! This giant cookie is an all-in-one recipe that bakes slowly on a low heat in heavy-based pan on the hob. Another great aspect of this recipe is it leaves a gorgeous cookie aroma around the house whilst it’s baking!
I loved making this recipe and you can add whatever fillings you like! I’ve gone for mini Smarties in mine but you can really get creative with an assortment of decorations!
