Here’s what you’ll need:2016-02-03 10.13.04

  • Sour strawberry straws

  • White chocolate

  • Hundreds and thousands decorations

  • Lollipop sticks

  • Baking tray

  • Baking parchment

.

Our first step is to create the heart shape out of the strawberry straw, we’ll do this by pinching it in half and bending the ends around towards each other.

Now push your lollipop sticks through the bottom of the heart shapes and leave them to one side.

Place your white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (I used a small ramakin) and heat for ten second bursts, stirring inbetween until it is all melted. To cool the chocolate down, keep some aside and add this in now and stir until it is all smooth and combined.

When your chocolate has cooled down and become slightly thicker, hold the heart shape in place with one hand and fill the middle in with chocolate with the other. If your chocolate is really thick, it’ll take no time at all to set!

Now just sprinkle on hundreds and thousands for decoration and place them in the fridge to set fully.
